The second TRANS³Net.dialogue will be held on 22nd March 2019 from 10 am to 3 pm in Wroclaw. It will be a continuation of the first dialogue in Annaberg and we would like to further answer the question why and how do we need a cooperation network to foster transnational knowledge and technology transfer.
